Concordia (2-2) tallied three times in the first 14 minutes on the way to a 6-0 rout of Simpson (IA) 92-2) Friday evening.
The Falcons were flying in high gear from the outset, getting the first goal from Enzo Berrini (James Kroll assist); and a pair of scores from Kyle Sytsma (both on set plays from Jason Rogers) before the crowd had settled in.
Tom Saleska's booters outshot the visitors 25-3 over the course of the contest. CUW goalie Sam Ische was not required to make a single save. Enrique Alvarado, Jacob Streicher, and Phillip Dziatkiewicz also scored for the razor-sharp home forces.
"The difference between Tuesday and today was amazing. The competition was not as strong, but we played much better."
