Greefkes is top men's Track & Field performer at Rocky Rococo Invite

WHITEWATER, Wis. -- The Concordia University
Wisconsin men's Track & Field team finished ninth of 13
competing schools at the Rocky Rococo Invite on Saturday with 18.5
points. The host,UW-Whitewater Warhawks won the meet with an
overwhelming 234 point tally.
Senior Vincent Greefkes (Jackson, Wis.) led the team
with a third place finish (8.54) in the 60m hurdles to earn six of
the Falcon's total points.
CUW sophomore Sean Pawlak (Germantown, Wis.)
finished fifth individually in the 200m with an impressive 23.31
time.
Freshman Colin Moon (Clintonville, Wis.) helped the
Falcon cause by tying for sixth in the pole vault at 11' 8".
The men's distance medley squad also earned four points with a
sixth place finish.
Sophomore Jordan Guenther (Horicon, Wis.) and freshman
Andrew Coop (Mora, Minn.) were fifth and sixth, respectively, in
the mile run with exceptional early season times of 4:47.3 and
4:49.6.
Northern Athletics Conference schools Aurora
University (69 points) and Edgewood College (31) finished ahead of
the Falcons.
