This is the first time in school history in which both the men's and women's teams are the defending conference champions in the same year, and head coach Russ DeLap will be hoping for more success this time around.
For the men, sophomore Martin Hinze (Bourbonnais, Ill.) is currently ranked third in the NAC, while freshman Andrew Coop (Mora, Minn.) has also impressed in his first season with CUW.
On the women's side, sophomore Maxine Blohowiak (Green Bay, Wis.) was the NAC Freshman Runner of the Year last season, and is currently ranked second in the conference.
The women's race will be a 6k, starting at 11 a.m.; while the men will be running an 8k, which begins at 12 p.m.
