2013 Season (Junior): Named to All-Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Team...Finished fifth at the NACC Championships (November 2) with a time of 27:06.84...Competed in five events...Ran a career-best time of 26:15.2 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional (November 16)...Finished as the team's top runner in all five events he competed in...Ran a 27:28.7 at the Pioneer Invite (October 12), good for a fifth-place finish...Began the season by running a 27:35.4 at the Falcon Invitational (September 14)...Had a time of 27:50.8 at the Roy Griak Invitational (September 28).

2012 Season (Sophomore): Earned All-Northern Athletics Conference honors with a sixth place finish at the NAC Championships (Oct. 27)...Competed in all six events...Ran a 26:54.8 at the conference meet...Finished 92nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional (Nov. 10) with a season-best time of 26:34.10...Placed seventh at the Wisconsin College Private Championships (26:57.84), crossing the finish line in 26:57.84...Began the season with a time of 27:09.1, finishing 13th at the Falcon Invitational (Sept. 15).

2011 Season (Freshman): Helped the Falcons win the Northern Athletics Conference Championship...Earned All-NAC honors...Competed in all seven events during his freshman campaign…Steadily improved over the last five meets before setting a personal record at the NCAA Division III Regionals (Nov. 12) with a time of 27:36.5…Opened the season with a third-place finish during a two-mile dual (Sept. 3) against Maranatha Baptist Bible College…Began the 8K portion of the season with a 24th place finish at the Falcon Invitational (Sept. 17) when he ran 27:48.4…Earned 12th place at the NAC Championships (Oct. 29) when he ran 27:52.6.

High School (Mora): An all-state academic recipient and an Honor Roll member...Earned varsity letters in cross country, basketball, nordic skiing and track & field...Helped the cross country team win two Granite Ridge Conference titles and a sectional championship...Member of the track & field team that advanced to sectionals...Named All-GRC in cross country twice and all-state...Named cross country team captain and MVP during his senior year...Member of the 4x800 track relay team that finished fourth at the Minnesota State High School League State Meet.
