Schuh, Draeger combine for another shutout 8-0

Stephanie Kramer went 3-3 (including 2 doubles) and pitchers Jamie Schuh and Ashley Draeger completed a day of zeros for Maranatha as Concordia defeated the Crusaders 8-0 in game two of Monday's doubleheader.

CUw got three runs in the first inning and coasted home. Kramer's double drove in the first two Falcon tallies in the top of the first and her Concordia teammates piled up nine more hits while completing the regular season with an all-time best 30-8 record.

Schuh (8-3) and reliever Draeger gave up just one hit and combined for 9 strikeouts. Benedictine and Aurora still need to make up a doubleheader today at 4:30pm to determine final regular season standings.
