Women's Golf NAC Championship begins this weekend

MEQUON, Wis.- The NAC women's golf championship will be decided on Saturday, September 29th, Sunday, September 30th and Monday, October 1st at The Ridges at Sand Creek in Jordan, Minnesota over three rounds.

CUW's all-freshmen team is the odds-on favorite based on scores to date.  The young Falcons have a scoring average almost 20 strokes below their nearest competitor, Minnesota-Morris.

Jim Ingman's linksters also boast three of the top seven individual averages heading into the meet.  Nina Puch (Des Plaines, Ill.) Emily Stephenson (Ashland, Wis.) , and Lexi Westphal (Brownsville, Wis.) are all capable of scores in the low 80's while teammates Jordan Osowski (Germantown, Wis.) and Emmy Dill (Bristol, Wis.) are not far behind.
