GRAND LAKE, Colo. – Concordia Wisconsin junior midfielder Allison Kurek was named to the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association All-Great Lakes Second Team, the league office announced on Friday.

Kurek (Chicago, Ill.) helped the Falcons win their third-straight Midwest Women's Lacrosse Conference regular season title (shared in 2017) and the top seed in the MWLC Tournament. They finished with a 12-7 overall record and a 10-1 record in league play.

She led the Falcons with 64 ground balls, 72 draw controls and 50 caused turnovers, while also scoring 28 goals and assisting on 12 markers to rank third on the team with 40 points. The junior started all 19 games and was 4-of-8 on free-position attempts.

Her statistics were again impressive this season, with four hat tricks and four multi-assist games. She picked up five or more ground balls five times, won five or more draw controls in nine games and caused three or more caused turnovers in seven contests.

Kurek was previously named IWLCA All-Great Lakes Region twice before – First Team in 2015 and Second Team in 2016.
