KENOSHA, Wis. - Making their third trip to Kenosha in the season's first four weeks, the Concordia University Wisconsin men's and women's track & field teams competed at the Parkside Track & Field Classic inside UW-Parkside's Petretti Fieldhouse on Saturday.

Head coach Russ DeLap and the Falcons got strong performances on the both the men's and women's teams, as CUW continues to improve with the NAC Indoor Championships only three weeks away.

For the men, seniors Alex Pawlak (Colgate, Wis.) and Vincent Greefkes (Jackson, Wis.) finished first and second, respectively, in the 55m Hurdles, crossing the finish line just .05 seconds apart.

Sophomore Sean Pawlak (Germantown, Wis.) placed second in the 400m Dash, while freshman Ryan Gardner (Winneconne, Wis.) placed second in the Long Jump and fourth in the 55m Dash.

Other standout performers included freshman Andrew Faber (Germantown, Wis.) who placed fourth in the Shot Put, and senior Justin Rogers (Milwaukee, Wis.) who finished fifth in the 200m Dash.

On the women's side, freshman Emily Mauermann (Janesville, Wis.) and sophomore Jessica Hennig (Springfield, Ill.) finished second and third, respectively, in the 400m Dash.
