Brown and Hennig pace CUW Track and Field Women at Benedictine Invite

LISLE, Ill.- A combination of wonderful weather and outstanding facilities helped the Falcon men and women do well this Saturday at the Benedictine Track and Field Invite.

On the women's side, freshman Farrah Brown's (Franklin, Wis.) hard work paid off with a pole vault of 3.13m, (better than 13') breaking the school and NAC record. Sophomore Kristin Sitte (Greenfield, Wis.) and sophomore Jessica Hennig (Springfield, Ill.) also had personal records in the pole vault.

Hennig also had a phenomenal race in the 400H, blowing away the competition during her first time in the event with a time of 01:09.9. Freshman Lauren Frisque (Milton, Wis.) ran a personal record in the 200, as well as a great leg in the 4x4.
