Joe Cawley's youthful team finished with an 8-16 overall mark and 5-7 conference record in 2011. That was after a senior-dominated 2010 CUW squad finished with a program-best 23-9 record and the NAC regualr season championship. Cawley's 2009 Falcons ended with an impressive 21-10 mark, including 9-3 in NAC play.
His 13-year Concordia University Wisconsin head coaching record is 214-194.
Cawley lives in West Allis, Wis., with his wife, Mary, and their two children, Matt and Sarah.
