2012 Season (Sophomore): Competed in four events...Began year by running a season-best time of 29:30.3 at the Brissman-Lundeen Invitational (Sept. 21)...Ran a 29:42.85 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (Oct. 13)...Competed in the Northern Athletics Conference Championships (Oct. 27), running the 6K in 29:54.86...Also competed at the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 29), crossing the finish line in 30:43.9.

2011 Season (Freshman): Helped the Falcons win the Northern Athletics Conference Championship…Competed in six events…Began the season with a 15:40 during the two-mile dual against Maranatha Baptist Bible College (Sept. 3)…Opened the 6K portion of the season with a personal record (28:10.80) at the Falcon Invitational (Sept. 17)…Finished a season-best 63rd after running 28:34.29 at the North Central College Invite (Sept. 30)…Ended the season with a 29:03.80 at the NAC Championship (Oct. 29).

High School (Pewaukee): Earned two varsity cross country letters...Won team's Most Dedicated Runner Award as a junior and senior.
