Falcon softball defeats MSOE 6-1 in NAC opener

Concordia collected 10 hits on the way to a 6-1 win over MSOE in the NAC opener for both teams this afternoon.

CUW took a 2-0 lead in the first and never looked back against the Raiders.

Jannelle Schroder's diving outfield catch with the bases loaded squelched MSOE's best rally opportunity in the fifth.

Staff ace Danielle Burke (7-2) with a 2.20 ERA pitched a 4 hitter with a 7th inning mopup by reliever Jenna DiMaggio.
