Jenna DiMaggio, limited in her 2010 pitching duties by injury, was
solid from start to finish as she fired a 7 hitter to lead the
Falcons (23-19) past Marian (21-21) 7-2 in a second round game at
the NAC Tournament Saturday.
DiMaggio's CUW teammates pounced on Sabre pitching for six hits and
5 earned runs over the first two innings.
Emily Bennin led Concordia at the plate with a 3-4 performance that
included two doubles.
Cara Landherr had 2 hits and a pair of RBI. CUW is 1-1 in the
double elimination tourney.
