Men's Cross Country Takes Fourth at the Ken Weidt Classic

MEQUON, Wis. – The CUW men's cross country team ran at the Ken Weidt Cross Country Classic on the beautiful campus of CUW on Saturday morning. The Falcons finished fourth as a team with 101 points. No. 29 Wisconsin-Oshkosh won the race with 26 points.

Sophomore Tim Brey (Cedarburg, Wis.) led CUW in eighth place at 27:39.4.

In 12th place was sophomore Richard Schaefer (Racine, Wis.) at 28:04.9.

Senior William Ebel (Macomb, Mich.) earned a 21st-place finish at 29:14.6.

Freshman Dominic Walladson (Sheboygan, Wis.) secured a 27th place finish at 29:54.4.

Sophomore Jack Ramstack (Colgate, Wis.) crossed the finish line at 31:44.3 to finish in 33rd place.

Right behind Ramstack was sophomore Easton Becker (Ankeny, Iowa) in 34th place at 31:55.2.

Freshman Matthew DiMercurio (Florissant, Mo.) had a time of 33:02.4.

Freshman Leo Roemer (Whitefish Bay, Wis.) recorded a 56th-place finish at 33:40.3.

In 57th place was sophomore Joshua Peterson (Palatine, Ill.) at 33:56.9.

Sophomore Ryan Klug (Arlington, Va.) clocked in at 35:39.0 in 62nd place.

CUW will compete next at Wisconsin – Whitewater on Saturday.
