DECATUR, Ill. – The CUW triathlon team competed at the Millikin Division III Invitational on Saturday.
Senior Aimee Uebersetzig (El Cajon, Calif.) was the fastest Falcon on Saturday and finished in 12th place with a time of 1:18.06. She had the 10th-best swim time at 13:09 and the ninth-best run time at 24:13.
Junior Janneke Bannink (Shorewood, Wis.) finished in 12th place at 1:18.17 after posting the 10th-best time in the bike race at 37:11.
Sophomore Kelsey Leaf (Hartford, Wis.) collected a 32nd-place finish with a time of 1:36.20. She was the 25th-fastest swimmer on the day at 15:51.
The Falcons will compete again on Oct. 16 at the USA Triathlon East Region Qualifier.
