ST. PETER, Minn. – The CUW men's tennis team competed at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Regional Championships this past weekend.
Senior Joshua Klement (Muskego, Wis.) fell in the first round to Alex Moore, 6-0, 6-2.
Sophomore Landon Sather (Fort Wayne, Ind.) was sunk by Hunter Roseth of Eau Claire, 7-5, 6-2.
The duo of Sather and Klement dropped their doubles match to Bethel, 8-6.
The Falcons also competed in the Midwest Open this weekend.
Freshman Jordan Wright (Fort Wayne, Ind.) was bounced by Fay of MSOE, 8-6.
Junior Nathan Bilan (Greendale, Wis.) beat Dwyer of St. John's 8-5, but fell to Carlton's, Stepanski, 8-6.
Freshman Dylan Nadolski (Menomonee Falls, Wis.) advanced with an 8-3 victory over UWEC Trejo, 8-3, but fell in the second round to Carelton's Vipparla, 8-2.
Junior Isaac Bruins (Oak Creek, Wis.) bounced Bethel's Ahnar, 8-3, before falling to Luther's Rossaldo., 8-0.
