TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – The Concordia Wisconsin men's cross country team was represented at the 2024 NCAA Division III Men's Cross Country Championships on Saturday.
Senior
Timmy Brey of Cedarburg, Wisconsin, was the first Falcon to qualify since 2010. He joined Micah Lorenzen who qualified in 2006 and 2007, finishing 32nd in 2006 and Andy Ashenden also qualified in 2010.
Brey finished in 110th place with a time of 25:15.4, which was the second-fastest time of the season for Brey. His personal best time in the eight-kilometer race was at NCAA Regionals at 25:00.0.
Christian Patzka of Wisconsin-Whitewater was the individual champion at 24:01.6.
Wisconsin-La Crosse claimed the team title by nearly 100 points with 77 points, with Wartburg placing second at 173 points.
