JANESVILLE, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin men's golf team opened the season on Friday at the Culver's Edgewood Fall Classic. Wisconsin-Stout leads the competition at 287 strokes. The Falcons are tied in 19th place at 329 strokes.
Freshman Dylan Smith (Amherst, Wis.) led the flock on Friday in 46th place at 77 strokes.
In 65th place is senior Garrett Wilderman (Waukesha, Wis.) at 79 strokes.
Senior Nico Murgas-Bennett (Hartford, Wis.) is in 79th place at 81 strokes.
Freshman Ray Baldus (Mayville, Wis.) brought in 86 strokes in 108th place.
Sitting in 110th place is junior Trevor Wotring (Johnsburg, Ill.) at 87 strokes, one stroke ahead of senior Tyler Yaun (Rockton, Ill.) in 112th place.
The Falcons look to close the tournament on a high note on Saturday.
