MILWAUKEE, Wis. – The Concordia Wisconsin dance team performed amazingly at the MSOE Raiders Dance Invitational on Sunday morning. The Falcons competed in the pom and hip-hop competitions and also had two solo performances.
The Falcons opened the day in the pom competition against Elmhurst, Carroll, Wisconsin Lutheran, North Central, Concordia Chicago and MSOE. CUW finished in fourth place, with North Central winning the title.
The Blue and White wowed the fans in the hip-hop competition against Carthage and MSOE. Concordia claimed second place, with MSOE placing first.
Concordia had sophomore Sienna Cleek (Morris, Ill.) and junior Julia Quartuccio (Milwaukee, Wis.) compete in the solo competition. Sienna Cleek finished in third place and Julia Quartuccio finished in 12th place.
North Central claimed the team title on Sunday.
The Falcons will close the year in April at the College Classic Nationals.
