Men's Tennis Sweeps Saturday Homestand

MEQUON, Wis. – The Falcons brought out the brooms against two familiar foes on Saturday at home. The Falcons picked up a 7-0 victory over Concordia Chicago to start the day and closed the day with a 7-0 non-conference victory over Lakeland. The Falcons improve to 9-8 on the year and 3-1 in the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference.

Freshman Hayden Latus (Waukesha, Wis.) and sophomore Renan Revite (São Bernardo do campo, Brazil) clipped the Cougars at No. 3 double, 6-0.

Freshman Ryan Bilan (Greendale, Wis.) and junior Dylan Nadolski (Menomonee Falls, Wis.) beat up the Cats on court two with a 6-0 victory.

Senior Landon Sather (Fort Wayne, Ind.) and senior Joshua Klement (Muskego, Wis.) closed the book on doubles play with a 6-2 victory at No. 1 doubles.

Joshua Klement clocked Kevin Bullens at No. 5 singles, 6-0, 6-0.

Landon Sather swept away Collin Dickey at No. 1 singles, 6-0, 6-0.

Renan Revite ran over Reynaldo Leal at No. 3 singles, 6-0, 6-0.

Ryan Bilan bullied Sam Smith at No. 4 singles, 6-1, 6-0.

Hayden Latus leveled Nathan Stringer at No. 2 singles, 6-1, 6-0.

Dylan Nadolski ended the Cougars on court six with a 6-3, 6-0 victory over Diego Loveshe.

Dylan Nadolski and Ryan Bilan picked up a 6-0 victory at No. 1 doubles over the Muskies.

Senior Benjamin Vorpahl (Sheboygan, Wis.) and sophomore Kristopher Greenhaw (Huntington Beach, Calif.) hooked the Muskies, 6-2 at No. 2 double.

Lakeland did not field a team at No. 3 doubles, No. 5 singles and No. 6 singles.

Dylan Nadolski knocked down Evan Vorpahl at No. 1 singles, 6-0, 6-0.

Benjamin Vorpahl sank Gavin Saunders at No. 2 singles, 6-4, 6-3.

Kristopher Greenhaw grounded Daniel Siebert at No. 3 singles, 6-1, 6-2.

Freshman Samuel Michael (Athens, Ga.) mowed down Rob Grimes at No. 4 singles, 6-4, 6-1.

The Falcons return to action on Sunday at Edgewood.
