BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Concordia Wisconsin acrobatics and tumbling team competed in the NCATA Division III Invitational Event Finals on Saturday night. The Falcons qualified for six events. The top three teams from the Thursday quarterfinal contests qualified for Saturday's event finals.
The Falcons first competed in the seven-element acro heat with senior Lexie Pfeifle (Macomb, Mich.), senior Amanda Owens (Stevens Point, Wis.), senior Ellen Marie Sanders (Joppa, Md.) and senior Madisen Arendt (Waukesha, Wis.).
The Blue and White then competed in the synchronized pyramid heat with Lexie Pfeifle, junior Jadyn Vail (Belvidere, Ill.), Ellen Marie Sanders, sophomore Grace Partain (Springfield, Va.), sophomore Cadia Sanders (Joppa, Md.), junior Emily Ruka (Racine, Wis.), Madisen Arendt, Amanda Owens, junior Ainslee Taylor (Alto, Mich.) and freshman Anna Kickbush (Thiensville, Wis.).
The Falcons qualified for the 450 salto toss with Lexie Pfeifle, junior Maria Betancourt (Miami, Fla.), Amanda Owens, Ainslee Taylor, freshman Alayna Schroeder (Hilbert, Wis.) and Madisen Arendt
The Falcons participated in three tumbling heats
Trio pass soared with Ainslee Taylor, Cadia Sanders and Ellen Marie Sanders
Quad pass fought hard with Jadyn Vail, sophomore Gabby Dixon (Elkhorn, Wis.), freshman Jenna Gardner (Waukesha, Wis.) and Anna Kickbush.
The final Falcon to compete was Ellen Marie Sanders in the six-element pass.
The Falcons will compete again in 2026.
