MEQUON, Wis. – Concordia University Wisconsin athletic department announced the addition of
Kaitlyn Parsons as the new Assistant Director of Athletic Communications Wednesday.

Kaitlyn Parsons as the new Assistant Director of Athletic Communications," said Director of Athletic Communications Jeremy Crawford. "She brings an amazing amount of experience and knowledge to our office. I think that she is a perfect fit for Concordia and will do an amazing job of promoting CUW athletics."

Parsons comes to Concordia from the University of Indianapolis where she was a graduate assistant for the Greyhounds' Sports Information Department and obtained her Masters of Science in Sports Management. During her time there she was the main contact for a verity for sports including, men's soccer, women's basketball, cross country, track and field, and golf. Parsons also assisted the UIndy softball team during their DII Championship run during the 2024 season. Her experience in the Circle City also includes assisting in hosting regional tournaments on the campus of UIndy as well as assisting with the 2025 NCAA DII Winter Festival in Indianapolis.

Prior to her time at UIndy, Parsons received her Bachelors of Art in Sports Management from fellow D3 member Adrian College. She assisted the Bulldogs football team as a Student Manager and Video Coordinator from 2019 through the 2021 season. She then went on to assist the Sports Information office during her final year at AC.

Parsons also was an intern for the University of Toledo during the spring of 2022. She worked with the women's track and field team as a secondary contact. Parsons also assisted with the Rockets men's and women's basketball programs during their home games, including both teams runs in the NIT. She returned to Toledo in the fall of 2022 to volunteer at the Rockets football games.
