HUNTLEY, Ill. – The Concordia University Wisconsin Golf team competed at the Judson Invite for some midweek competition. Hosted by Judson University the tournament took place at Pinecrest Golf Club and featured 14 teams.
The Falcons placed 12th with 437 strokes (+149). Freshman
Alexa Cour (Rome, Wis.) had the best finish on the team, she completed the round at +17 (89) and tied for 19th. Senior
Shauna Grahn (New Berlin, Wis.) earned a share of 35th with her +23 (95) finish.
Freshman
Elizabeth Albers (Green Bay, Wis.) placed T-63rd with a final score of 110 (+38). Rounding out CUW's lineup wasfFreshman
Brooklyn Burmeister (Lombard, Ill.) and junior
Norah Hau (Milwaukee, Wis.). Burmister took 78th (+71) and Hau finished in 80th (+74).
Up next for the Falcons is the Marian Invite. The two-day event will begin on Sunday, September 7 at 10 a.m. at Rolling Meadows Golf Club in Fond du Lac, Wis.
