Dr. Rob Barnhill – Administrator & Coach
A visionary leader and transformative figure in Falcon history, Dr. Rob Barnhill spent more than two decades helping shape the landscape of athletics at Concordia University Wisconsin.
After joining the Falcons as an Assistant Football Coach in 2000, Barnhill became the Director of Athletics in 2001. During his tenure, the department expanded from 19 varsity programs to 32 and more than doubled its student-athlete participation.
Barnhill's impact also can be seen throughout the CUW campus. He played an instrumental role in the development of athletic facilities, including the Sports Fitness Facility, Kapco Park, Fitting Field, Catalyst Park and Tomasini Stadium.
Before moving into administration, Barnhill served as the Falcons' offensive coordinator for nine seasons and helped guide CUW to a 10-0 regular-season record in 2006. During his time with the football program, the Falcons captured four conference championships and made three NCAA Tournament appearances.
Barnhill's influence extended well beyond wins, championships and facilities. A champion of Concordia's mission, he mentored generations of coaches and student-athletes while emphasizing character, integrity and excellence. His legacy continues through the opportunities and experiences created for Falcon student-athletes.
Brian Tresedder – Men's Tennis
Brian Tresedder enters the Hall of Fame as one of the most decorated players in Concordia Wisconsin men's tennis history.
Throughout his career, Tresedder's competitive spirit and precision elevated CUW men's tennis to new heights within the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference.
His junior season in 2011 remains one of the most accomplished individual seasons in program history. Tresedder was named the NACC Player of the Year after an undefeated conference campaign in singles and doubles. During that season, he maintained a perfect 9-0 record in conference play in both singles and doubles and helped the Falcons secure both conference championships.
Tresedder continued to add to his legacy as a senior in 2012, repeating as a First Team All-Conference selection and leading the Falcons from the No. 1 position. He defended his NACC Player of the Year honor in 2012 and helped CUW complete an 18-0 conference record across his junior and senior seasons.
A two-time NACC Player of the Year, multiple-time All-Conference performer and conference champion, Tresedder's accomplishments established him as one of the premier players in Falcon men's tennis history.
Hannah (Tresedder) Mitchell – Women's Tennis
Hannah Tresedder established herself as one of the most decorated women's tennis players in Concordia Wisconsin history.
A four-time All-Conference selection, Tresedder's career was defined by individual brilliance and collective championship success.
She made an immediate impact as a freshman, stepping directly into the No. 1 singles position and earning All-NACC honors while posting an undefeated conference record in doubles. Her sophomore campaign placed her prominently in the CUW record books as she tied the program's single-season record with 22 doubles victories and finished the conference singles season with a perfect 9-0 record.
Tresedder helped the Falcons claim both the NACC regular-season title and NACC Tournament Championship during her career.
Throughout her four seasons, Tresedder remained a fixture on the All-NACC First Team in both singles and doubles. Known for her poise and endurance, she delivered critical victories during the 2016 and 2017 conference tournaments, helping sustain the Falcons' championship success.
With multiple conference titles and a legacy of excellence in both singles and doubles, Tresedder's name remains a testament to the dedication, skill and leadership that define the best of CUW Athletics.

His contributions to the football program included working with the defensive line and serving as the program's recruiting coordinator. His commitment to developing student-athletes extended beyond game days, with an emphasis on character, leadership and discipline.
Walker simultaneously helped build a powerhouse track & field program as the head coach of the CUW men's and women's teams. His tenure included 12 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference championships, along with 11 NACC Coach of the Year honors.
