Women's Golf Finishes 30th in Midwest Region Fall Classic

KANSASVILLE, Wis. - The Concordia University Wisconsin women's golf team finished in 30th place with a team score of 762 (+186) at the Midwest Region Fall Classic to conclude the tournament hosted by Benedictine at Brighton Dale Links.

Aurora secured first place, while Carthage and Northwestern-St. Paul placed second and third, respectively.

Sophomore Lexi Cour (Rome, Wis.) led the Falcons with a final round score of 85 (+13) and a tournament total of 170 (+26) to tie for 62nd place overall.

Senior Ava Stortz (Slinger, Wis.) followed up with a 94 (+22) on day two for a total score of 184 (+40) to tie for 123rd place.

Sophomore Elizabeth Albers (Green Bay, Wis.) posted a round two score of 96 (+24) and a final score of 198 (+54) to tie for 161st place.

Freshman Lauren Boon (Marshfield, Wis.) carded a 106 (+34) in the final round for a total score of 210 (+66) to earn 117th place.

Junior Kierra Hahn (Muscatine, Iowa) rounded out the Falcons with a 113 (+41) in the final round for a tournament total of 219 (+75), finishing in 182nd place.

The Falcons will host MSOE at the River Club of Mequon on Tuesday, Sept. 29 at 2:30 p.m. CST.
