Women's Golf in 11th after Day 1 at Women's Highland Championship

ROCK ISLAND, Ill. - The Concordia women's golf team traveled to Rock Island, Ill. on Saturday to compete in the 2026 Women's Highland Championship at Highland Springs Golf Course, a two-day tournament hosted by Augustana College.

The Falcons opened the first round of the tournament in 11th place, posting a team score of 590 (+92). Augustana set the pace atop the leaderboard, with Milikin and Carroll in second and third, respectively.

Sophomore Lexi Cour (Rome, Wis.) led the team with a score of 87 strokes (+15), tying for 32nd place.

Senior Ava Stortz (Slinger, Wis.) and freshman Lauren Boon (Marshfield, Wis.) both followed up with 96 strokes (+24), tying for 54th place.

Sophomore Elizabeth Albers (Green Bay, Wis.) posted a score of 101 strokes (+29), tying for 62nd place.

Junior Kierra Hahn (Muscatine, Iowa) placed in 68th place with 107 strokes (+35), and freshman Annika Lechner (Menomonee Falls, Wis.) rounded out the Falcons with a score of 103 strokes (+31) in 66th place.

Concordia returns to Highland Springs Golf Course on Sunday for round two with tee-times to be announced.
