2017 Season (Sophomore): Competed in five meets…Posted a PR time of 28:38.4 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regionals (November 11)…Ran a 30:29.2 at the UW-Eau Claire Blugold Invite (Sept. 29)…Also competed at the Ken Weidt Classic (September 9), Kollege Town Invite (October 14), and NACC Championships (October 28).
2016 Season (Freshman): Competed at three meets...Opened season with a personal-best time of 30:49.3 at the Ken Weidt Classic (Sept. 10)...Also competed at the UW-Oshkosh Kollege Town Invite (Oct. 15) and the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 24).
High School (Trinity Lutheran): Lettered four times in cross country...Also lettered three times in track & field...Was track & field team's Most Improved Runner junior season...Team set 4x400 and 4x800-meter relay school record senior season.
Personal: Son of Larry and Sally...Has one younger sister, Lydia.
