2015 Season (Senior): Competed at six meets...Team Captain...Closed his career with a PR time of 26:31.7 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regionals (Nov. 14)...Placed 18th at the NACC Championships (Oct. 31) after posting a time of 28:15.3...Clocked in with a time of 26:41.6 at the UW-Oshkosh AAE Invitational (Oct. 17)...Opened the season with a fourth-place finish in a two-mile dual against MSOE (Sept. 3), running a 10:19...Finished 26th at the Gene Davis Invitational (Oct. 10), posting a 27:35.7...Also ran at the Ken Weidt Classic (Sept. 12) with a time of 28:39.6, good for 40th place.
2014 Season (Junior): Competed at six meets...Ran a personal-best time of 26:57.8, nearly a full minute better than previous PR, at the NACC Championships (Nov. 1), placing 19th in the race...Improved time from first 8K of season by over two minutes...Ended year by running a 27:03.90 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regional (Nov. 15)...Recorded a 27:48.7 at the UW-Oshkosh Brooks Invitational (Oct. 18)...Also competed at the CUW Invitational (Sept. 13, 29:07.1) and the Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 27, 30:39.4)...Ran a two-mile in a time of 11:08.5 at the Maranatha Baptist-CUW Dual (Aug. 30).
2013 Season (Sophomore): Competed in all six events...Ran a career-best 27:54 at the NCAA Division III Midwest Regionals (November 16)...Personal-best top his previous season-best by nearly a minute...Was under 29 minutes in four of six races...Ran a 28:59 at the NACC Championships (November 2)...Clocked in at 28:36.9 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (October 19).
2012 Season (Freshman): Competed in five events...Ran a season-best time of 29:13.17 at the Wisconsin Private College Championships (Oct. 13)...Placed 59th at the Northern Athletics Conference Championships, finishing the 8K in 29:30.65...Crossed the finish line in 29:47.2 at the Brissman-Lundeen Invitational (Sept. 21).
High School (Nicolett): Helped the track & field team win a Gopher Conference title four times...Helped the football team win a sectional championship his senior year...Named All-GC in cross country...Named All-Valley Conference in basketball and track & field...Earned varsity letters in cross country, football, basketball and track & field.
