Concordia University Wisconsin

Ricki Budewitz completed her first season as an assistant coach with the Concordia University Wisconsin tennis program in 2024-25.

One of the most decorated student-athletes in program history, Budewitz brings a championship pedigree and strong leadership background to the coaching staff. During her playing career, she was a two-time NACC Player of the Year and earned All-NACC honors in both singles and doubles all six seasons she competed.

Budewitz played a pivotal role in CUW’s recent success, helping guide the Falcons to three NACC Tournament championships and two regular season titles.

A native of Watertown, Wisconsin, Budewitz earned her bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Strategic Leadership from CUW in 2022. She is currently pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Leadership at Concordia.
