2018 Season (Junior): INDOOR: Competed in the 60-meter hurdles, 200 and 400-meter dashes, along with the long jump…Posted indoor season-bests of 5.96 meters in the long jump, 24.99 in the 200, 54.26 in the 400, and 10.44 in the 60-meter hurdles…OUTDOOR: Competed primarily in the decathlon…Placed second in the decathlon at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 4-5) after scoring 4,833 points…Won the discus throw and pole vault among decathletes, and placed second in six other events…Won the pole vault among decathletes at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 20), clearing a PR height of 4.40 meters.

2016 Season (Freshman): INDOOR: Competed in the 55, 60, 200 and 400-meter dashes, as well as various relays...Ran a season-best time in the 200 at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge (Feb. 20), posting a 24.87...Completed the 400 in the 54.87 at the UW-Oshkosh Meet...Also had indoor season-best times in the 55 (7.26) and the 60 (7.70)...OUTDOOR: Competed at five meets...Competed in the 100, 200 and 400-meter dashes...Ran a PR time of 24.67 in the 200 at the Private College Championships (April 9)...Posted a 54.48 in the 400 at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 6-7), a personal-best...Ran a 12.06 in the 100 at the Wake Forest Open (March 18-19)...Was on the fourth-place 4x200-meter relay team at the Benedictine Relays (April 15-16).
