Biography
2023: Indoor Season: Competed in five meets… Ran the 800-meter season best with a time of 2:23.66 at the Red Hawk Invite… Personal best in the mile with a time of 5:10.19 at NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships… Was part of the DMR relay and the 4x400 relay.
Outdoor Season: Competed in four meets… NACC Outdoor Championships had two personal bests which were an 800-meter run (2:19.52) and a 1500-meter run (4:45.57).
High School (Greenwood): Graduated Honor Roll… Cross Country – Rookie of the Year award, MVP award (3), All conference (3)… Played two sports Cross Country (four years): lettered (four years), Track (three years): Lettered (three years).
