Coach Senn completed his third season as Associate Head Coach of the Concordia University Wisconsin Track & Field and Cross Country programs in 2024–25. Since joining the Falcons in 2022, he has worked primarily with the sprints and multi-event athletes, playing a key role in their development and competitive success.
On the cross country side, Senn has been instrumental in the women’s program capturing back-to-back Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) championships in 2023 and 2024. He was also part of the coaching staff honored as the 2024 NACC Coaching Staff of the Year.
Senn graduated from the University of Dubuque in 2018 with a degree in secondary education and coaching. As a student-athlete, he competed in the pole vault and was an active member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. During his collegiate career, the Spartans won two IIAC Indoor Conference Championships.
Following graduation, Senn began his coaching career at Beaver Dam High School, where he served as head coach for both the cross country and track & field programs. Under his leadership, the Golden Beavers produced nine state qualifiers and won a sectional title in girls cross country.
