Outdoor Season: Competed in six meets … Threw a personal best in the discus with a distance of 34.04 at the St Norbert Invitational … Had a personal best in the javelin with a distance of 39.31 at the Green and White Invite … Gained another personal best in the hammer throw with a distance of 41.60 during the 2024 Warrior Invitational … His best shot put during the season was 10.53

2024: Indoor Season: Competed in six meets … Threw a personal best of 12.42 meters in the weight throw at the 2024 NACC Indoor Championships … Had a personal best mark of 10.74 meters in the shot put at the Parkside Classic.

Outdoor Season: Competed in six meets … Had two career bests at the Beloit Relays which were shot put (10.32 meters) and javelin (29.02 meters) … Another career best at the St. Norbert Invitational in discus which was 24.63 meters … Career best in the NACC Outdoor Championships in the hammer throw which was 36.91 meters.

2023: Indoor Season: Competed in six meets… At the Red Hawk Invite, John had a personal best in the weight throw which was 9.68... His best throw indoors in the shot was 9.77 meters at the NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships

High School (Muskego): 3.5 GPA… Two-time scholar athlete… State champions three years in a row… Conference champions three years in a row… Awarded the Warrior award… Three sacks… Played football and track.
