2023: Indoor Season: Competed in seven meets… Placed second in the triple jump with a distance of 13.21 meters at the NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships... Ran the 60-meter dash in 7.44 at the Ripon Winter Open and Multi… Had a personal best in the 400-meter dash with a time of 55:84 at Dubuque…His best long jump was 5.97 meters at UW-Oshkosh ‘Titan Challenge’… Competed in the 4x200 and the 4x400.

Outdoor Season: Competed in three meets… Had a career-best in the long jump which was 6.02 meters at Marquette Invitational… Another career-best in the javelin which was 42.83 meters at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative… His best triple jump for the outdoors was 13.09 meters at NACC Outdoor Championships which got him third place.

2022: Indoor Season: Competed in five meets…Had a career-best in the 200 meter with a time of 24.82 at the Karl Schlender Invitational…Ran a career-best in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.43 at the NACC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Outdoor Season: Competed in five meets…Ran a personal best in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.69 at the St. Norbert Quad…Had a season-best in the triple jump with a jump of 13.07 meters and threw a career-best of 34.81 in the Javelin Throw at the NACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2021 Season: Indoor: Did not compete in any meets.

Outdoor Season: Competed in three meets on the year … Had a season-best triple jump of 13.65m placing first at the Carroll University Pioneer Invite (April 10) … Had a season-best long jump of 5.68m placing 12th at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 7-8) … Took third in the triple jump (13.37m) and fifth in the 4x100-meter relay at the NACC Outdoor Championships.

2020 Season (2020): Indoor Season: Competed in two meets … Posted a career-best mark of 13.30 meter in the triple jump in fifth place at the NACC Championship … Career-best mark of 5.36 meters in the long jump at the NACC Championships in 19th place.

Outdoor Season: The 2020 outdoor season was shortened due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.
