Outdoor Season: Competed in five meets … Ran a personal-best 16:36.83 in the 5000-meter at the NACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 2–3) … Recorded a personal-best 4:26.20 in the 1500-meter at the St. Norbert College Invitational (April 26) … Added a personal-best 35:24.64 in the 10,000-meter at the Beloit Relays (April 12).

2024: Indoor Season: Competed in six meets … Clocked a personal-best 2:21.42 in the 800-meter at the Firebird First Invitational … Ran a season-best 9:53.60 in the 3000-meter at the Big Dawg Invite … Recorded a 4:58.16 mile at the Parkside Classic and a 17:05.89 in the 5000-meter at the NACC Indoor Championships.
