2023 Indoor Season: Did not compete.
2023 Outdoor Season: Did not compete.
2022: Indoor Season: Competed in five meets…Had career bests in the Heptathlon including 8.14 in the 60-meter dash, 1.39 meters in the high jump, 11.86 in the 60-meter hurdles, 2.63 meters in the pole vault, and 3:56.60 in the 1,000-meter run at the 2022 NACC Indoor Track & Field Championships.
Outdoor Season: Competed in one meet…Had a career-best in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 22.56 at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational.
2021: Indoor Season: Competed in one meet on the year...Had a season-best 27:23 in the 200-meter dash at the AUrora Grand Prix (Feb. 27).
Outdoor Season: Competed in six meets on the year … Threw a season-best 29.15m in the discus throw at the Warrior Invitational (April 17) taking 13th place … Had a season-best 3231 in the decathlon at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May7/8) placing fourth … Took first place in the shot put with a throw of 10.56m and the discus throw of 27.47m at the St. Norbert Invitational (April 23-24).
2020: Indoor Season: Competed in seven meets … Posted a career-best mark of 10.41 meter in the shot put at Grand Valley on Jan. 17 … Had a season-best mark of 9.00 meters in the weight throw at the NACC Championships in 21st place.
Outdoor Season: The 2020 outdoor season was shortened due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.
