Outdoor Season: Competed in one meet … Broke the hammer school record … Claimed Top 10 records in school history at CUW during this season … Threw a personal best in the hammer throw during the 2024 Warrior Invitational with a distance of 51.97

2024: Indoor Season: Competed in seven meets … Took first place in the weight throw at the 2024 NACC Indoor Championships with a throw of 17.12 meters … Threw a personal best of 13.65 meters in the shot put at the Parkside Classic.

Outdoor Season: Competed in five meets … Broke the discus record at Marquette Invitational with a distance of 45.61 meters which was also a career-best … Had two more personal bests at the Beloit Relays which were the shot put (13.61 meters) and hammer throw (48.93).

2023: Indoor Season: Competed in seven meets… Had a career-best in the weight throw with a distance of 15.56 meters at the Karl Schlender Invitational…Mitchell’s best shot put for the season was at UW-Oshkosh ‘Titan Challenge’ with a distance of 13.10 meters.

2022: Indoor Season: Competed in six meets…Had a season-best of 12.72m in the Shot Put and a throw of 12.87m in the Weight at the NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Outdoor Season: Competed in eight meets…Threw a career-best in the Discus Throw with a throw of 45.02m and in the Hammer Throw with a throw of 40.78m at the NACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

High school (Cedarburg): Received Most Improved Award freshman year(Track)… First-team all-conference junior year (Track)… lettered three times in football, and three times in hockey 

Personal: Son of Dale and Lori… Brother of Maddy and Margeaux.
