Outdoor Season: Competed in four meets…At the NACC Outdoor Championships, Paul had his personal best in the 400 hurdles at 59.68… He completed the 400 (55.61) and the 200 (23.72) at the Wisconsin Private College Championships.

2023: Indoor Season: Competed in six meets… At the first meet of the season, the Firebird First Invitational, Paul had a personal best in the 55-meter dash with a time of 7.31... At the meet, right after that, Paul had another personal best in the 600-meter dash with a time of 1:45.75…His indoor season’s best in the 400 was 56.97 and in the 200 was 23.72… Was a team member in the 4 by 400 and 4 by 200 at the Red Hawk invite.

2022: Indoor Season: Competed in six meets…He ran his season best in the 200 with a time of 24.22 at the NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Outdoor Season: Competed in six meets…He ran his career best in the 200 with a time of 23.66 at the Warrior Invitational…Ran another career best at the NACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 400 with a time of 54.22.

High School (Charleston): Was on the honor roll, a member of the National Honors Society… Lettered in soccer (3), tennis (4).
