2024: Indoor Season: Competed in six meets … Ran a personal best in the 60-meter with a time of 8.22 seconds and a time of 27.17 in the 200-meter … Leaped a personal best 11.30 meters in the triple jump at the 2024 NACC Indoor Championships … Ran the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:01.65 at the Parkside Classic … Member of the 4x400-meter relay.

Outdoor Season: Did not compete

2023: Indoor Season: Competed in six meets… Got a career-best in the 400-meter with a time of 59.33 at the Red Hawk Invite… Competed in the 800-meter run and got a time of 2:21.38 at NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships…Ran the mile with a time of 5:31.92 at Karl Schlender Invitational… Was a member of the 4x400 and the DMR.

2022: Indoor Season: Competed in five meets…Ran a personal best in the 800 with a time of 2:17.25 at the NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Outdoor Season: Competed in four meets…Ran a season-best in the 3000-meter steeple chase with a time of 11:27.24 at the NACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships

2021: Indoor Season: Competed in three meets on the year … Ran a season-best 5:12.24 in the mile run at the Aurora Grand Prix (Feb. 27) Took second in the 4x400-meter relay (3:47.32) at the Aurora Grand Prix and Ripon – CUW Dual (Feb. 20). Ran a season-best 2:18.88 placing fifth in the 800-meter dash at the Ripon-CUW Dual.

Outdoor Season: Competed in three meets on the year … Ran a season-best 4:49.08 in the 1500-meter dash at the Warrior Invitational (April 17) … Ran a season-best 11:20.97 in the 3000-meter steeplechase at St. Norbert Invitational (April 23-24) placing fifth.

High School (Wakefield): Cross Country Rookie of the Year freshman year... Honor Roll student... National Honor Society 

Personal: Son of Josh and Sarah... He has Brother named Aaron
