2023: Indoor Season: Competed in seven meets… Had a fabulous day at the NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships with two career records… In the shot put with a distance of 11.65 meters… In the weight throw with a distance of 11.77 meters.

Outdoor Season: Competed in six meets… At the Beloit Relays, there were two personal bests for Theodore which were discus (35.50 meters) and javelin throw (29.72 meters)…Had another personal best in the hammer throw at NACC Outdoor Championships which was 34.42 meters.

2022: Indoor Season: Competed in four meets…Threw a season-best of 10.60 in the Shot Put at the UW Oshkosh Early Bird Invite…Had a season-best in the Weight Throw with a throw of 10.35m in the NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Outdoor Season: Competed in six meets…Had a career-best of 32.20m in the Discus Throw at the NACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2021: Indoor: Competed in one meet on the year … Took fourth in the weight throw (9.64m) at the Ripon – CUW Dual (Feb. 20).

Outdoor: Competed in four meets on the year … Threw a season-best 30.04m in the discus at the Benedictine Eagle Tune-up (April 30) … Threw a season-best 10.13m in the shotput and 26.50m in the hammer throw at the 2021 NACC Outdoor Championships (May 7-8).

2020: Indoor Season: Competed in six meets on the season … Career-best mark of 9.04 meters in the shot put at UW-Oshkosh on Feb. 22 … Career-best mark of 9.60 meters in the weight throw at UW-Platteville on Feb. 15.

Outdoor Season: The 2020 outdoor season was shortened due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic.

High School (Saint Paul Lutheran): Co-Captain of the football team senior year...Captain of the wrestling team senior year...Named most improved wrestler for the 2018/2019 season...Threw the discus 103 ft 10 1/2 inch in districts junior year...Secured a fifth place medal for discus senior year with a throw of 100 fr four in...Threw the shot 33ft  five in...Earned varsity letters in football, wrestling, baseball, golf, track and field, and choir. 

Personal: Son of Richard and Becky...Has one sister, Britten.
