2023: Indoor Season: Competed in six meets… Best 5000-meter run was 15:34.92 at the NACC Indoor Track and Field Championship which placed him first… Ran the 3000-meter run which was 8:46.91 at Dubuque Spartan Invitational… He also ran the 8000-meter run which was 2:00.21 at UW-Oshkosh’s Titan Challenge… Along with that, he ran the mile which was 4:27.42 at the Red Hawk Invite.

Outdoor Season: Competed in five meets…Had a personal best in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 32:37.29 at NACC Outdoor Championships… Another personal best in the 5000-meter run was 15:15.26 with a time of 15:15.26 at Marquette Invitational… Had competed in the 1500-meter run with a best time of 4:05.35 at UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative.

2022: Indoor Season: Competed in five meets…Ran his personal best in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 8:46.21 at the Firebird Opener taking first place…Ran his personal best of 4:25.76 in the mile in the UWO Titan Challange.

Outdoor Season: Competed in five meets…Took first and ran his personal best in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:19.46 at the Warrior Invitational…Ran a personal best of 4:03.91 in the 800-meter dash at the St. Norbert Quad…Had his career-best time in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:03.91 at the NACC Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

2021: Indoor Season: Competed in three meets on the year … Ran a season-best 9:15.09 in the 3000-meter dash placing second at the Aurora Grand Prix (Feb. 27) … Ran a season-best 4:41.35 in the mile run placing third at the ONU Tiger Invite (Feb. 6).

Outdoor Season: Competed in four meets on the year … Ran a season-best 2:04.78 in the 800-meter dash at the Carroll University Pioneer Invite (April 10) taking seventh place … Ran a season-best 4:09.49 in the 1500-meter relay at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May7/8) taking sixth place …. Ran a season-best 15:43.31 in the 5000-meter dash at the NACC Outdoor Championships taking third place.

High School (Cedarburg): Graduated with High Honors ... Freshman Honor Roll and High Honors sophomore through senior year ... Ran cross country and track for four years and played one year of baseball ... Qualified for the state cross country meet ... Recorded the seventh fastest time in school history ... First Team All-Conference his senior year and Second Team All-Conference his junior year.
