Megan Aliverti completed her first season as the head coach of the Concordia Wisconsin softball team in 2025.
In just her first season leading the program, Coach Aliverti seamlessly carried on the Falcons’ tradition of excellence, guiding Concordia Wisconsin to both the Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference (NACC) regular season and tournament championships. Her immediate impact helped secure the program’s return to the NCAA Division III Softball National Tournament. Individual accolades further highlighted Aliverti’s debut season, as Jess Pozezinski claimed her second consecutive NACC Position Player of the Year award and Megan Bloyer earned NFCA First Team All-Region honors.
Aliverti comes to Concordia from Drury University in Springfield, Missouri. She served as the assistant coach in the 2024 season. Aliverti helped the Panthers post a 30-24 record and a 12-game winning streak, the longest in program history. She also served as the recruiting coordinator, camp coordinator, and oversaw fundraising.
Before Drury, Aliverti was the assistant coach at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and served as an assistant sports information director. In 2023, Aliverti helped the Pointers reach the title game of the WIAC Tournament for the first time since 2001. The Pointers posted a 28-13 record in the 2023 season, the most wins in program history. Aliverti was in charge of recruiting, camp setup, and other projects at Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Aliverti had a spectacular career at Wisconsin-Parkside where she started 201 games for the Rangers and was named the Parkside Female Student-Athlete of the Year in 2021. She also claimed many honors in the 2021 softball season. The Washington native claimed National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) honors when she was voted to the All-Midwest Region Second Team and also claimed the NFCA All-American Scholar Athlete accolade. She led the Rangers that season with a .347 batting average and secured First Team All-Conference honors in the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletics Conference (GLIAC).
She graduated from Wisconsin-Parkside with a Masters and Bachelors in Sports Management and Business Administration.
Aliverti is a native of Clarkston, Washington. She loves all things outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
