College: A three-time CUW letter winner...Earned Northern Athletics Conference Second Team All-Conference honors in 2009 and 2010...Won a Heart of the Monster award for the 2010 conference champion Falcons.

High School: Competed in cross country, track & field, and swimming...Qualified for the 2006 Cross Country Rocky Mountain Regionals...Received the Coaches’ Award...Competed in the state swimming championships twice.
