College: Was a Northern Athletics Conference Honorable Mention All-Conference performer and part of CUW's 2010 conference championship squad.

High School: Earned four varsity letters and team MVP honors...Named conference's Runner of the Year...Won first team all-district honors and was an all-state academic award recipient.
