Outdoor Season: Competed in two meets … During the 2023 NACC Outdoor Championships, Melanie had a personal best in the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:13.30.

2023 Indoor Season: Competed in six meets…At the UW-Oshkosh “Titan Challenge”, Melanie had a strong showing in the 800 with a personal best at a time of 2:25.34… At the following meet, NACC Indoor Track and Field Championships, she had another personal best in the mile which was 5:19.23… In the 3000-meter run, she had another personal best which was 10:49.71 at the Dubuque Spartan Invitational… Was part of the 4 by 400.
