2016 Season (Sophomore): INDOOR: Competed at four meets...Competed in the 400, 600 and 800-meter runs...Was fourth in the 400 at the UW-Stout Open (January 23) with a time of 1:06.65...Placed sixth in the 600 at the IWU Titan First Chance Meet (December 5), running a 1:48.94...Was on the second-place 4x400 team at the UW-Stout meet...OUTDOOR: Competed at two meets...Ran the 1,500-meter run at the 3,000-meter steeplechase...Was eighth in the 3,000 steeplechase at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 6-7), posting a time of 13:46.89.

2015 Season (Freshman): Competed in the 400-meter dash and 800-meter run, as well as various relays...INDOOR: Helped 4X400-meter relay team to a second-place finish at the NACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28) as they completed the race in 4:15.50...Also was a part of the third-place distance medley relay team at the NACC meet...Ran a PR time of 1:06.61 in the 400 at the Tadd Metzger Invite (Jan. 30)...OUTDOOR: Ran a PR time of 2:28.90 in the 800 at the Rhodes Invitational (Mar. 20-21)...Was on the fourth-place 4X400-meter relay team at the NACC Outdoor Championships (May 1-2)...Ran on the 4X800-meter relay team at the Augustana Meet of Champions (Apr. 17), helping them run in 10:19.48.

High School (Lakeside Lutheran): Lettered four times in track & field...Also lettered four times in cross country...Three-time First Team All-Conference selection in cross country...Second Team All-Conference once...Qualified for WIAA State Tournament once...Qualified for WIAA State Track & Field meet all four years...Voted Team's Most Valuable Runner.
