Surviving a first-game upset, the Falcons ousted Rockford by
sweeping the next three to improve their conference record to 7-3
last night in the Buuck Fieldhouse.
Fired-up Rockford came in with a 4-18 overall record but the
Regents were tough at the net in game one and that wakeup call got
CUW hitters Stephanie Boehm and Katie Roessler off the ground as
they combined for 39 kills and a fabulous .400 kill percentage for
the remainder of the match.
Concordia (16-6 overall) travels to WLC for a 7:00pm Saturday
match.
