The Pointers came back with another tally midway thru the period
and added a pair of insurance goals before CUW's Samantha Meuwissen
cut the deficit in half with a 3rd period score.
Katie Hirsch took the loss for Concordia, finishing with 38 saves.
"Katie was outstanding in goal again today," explained Falcon coach
Jim Ingman.
"We went into this weekend up against it being so short-handed but
our team played hard and she kept us in the game. Stevens Point
was just better on this weekend."
