The Falcon volleyball squad (21-9 overall) made it look easy
last evening; routing Aurora in three straight games. Showing no
effects of their grueling 4 match weekend Texas swing, the home
forces took the lead early in each game and never flinched.
CUW, which finished 9-3 during the regular NAC season,
controlled play at the net and was never pressured by the Spartans
who also wound up 9-3 in the league and finished 17-15 overall.
Concordia's one-two punch of Katie Roessler and Stephanie Boehm
combined for 27 kills.
Joe Cawley's squad travels to Dominican Thursday evening for a
NAC semi-final against the #1 seeded Stars.
The other semi-final has Edgewood traveling to Lakeland. The
winners will meet Saturday with an NCAA bid on the line.
