Concordia scored an impressive road win this evening, handing host Marian a 73-56 defeat. The Falcons broke from a one point halftime lead to win going away while improving their record to 6-6 on the season.

Kyle Barth (16) and John Ulrich (14) led CUW scorers with Ulrich keying the second half offensive surge. Concordia hit 10 of 17 from beyond the arc in the process of defeating Marian for a fourth straight time.

"We played great team defense," said a happy Coach Cassidy. "Paluchniak (Matt) had 7 points, 6 assists, and 3 steals in his first start of the season and we forced 23 turnovers."

Fifteen players saw action for CUW with 9 of them getting into the scoring column. Cassidy's team hosts MSOE on Saturday at 4:15pm in the Buuck Fieldhouse.
